  • The product has not been installed (applicable to chandeliers or lighting fixtures).

  • The product is in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and invoices.

  • There are no damages, scratches, or breakages caused by misuse.

❌ 2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have already been installed or used.

  • Products that suffered breakage or damage after delivery due to misuse.

  • Custom-made or tailored products (if applicable).

  • Orders where more than 7 days have passed since the date of delivery.

📦 3. In Case of Receiving a Damaged or Broken Product

If you receive a product that is broken or damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  2. Send clear photos + an unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon opening.

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the product free of charge, OR

  • Issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

⚠️ Note: Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the rejection of your claim, as shipping companies strictly require proof of condition upon delivery.

💰 4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

  • The amount will be refunded using the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on availability.

🚚 5. Shipping and Return Fees

  • If the return is due to a store error or product damage upon delivery: ✅ The store will bear the full shipping fees.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind by the customer: ❌ The customer will bear the full shipping fees (both delivery and return) as determined by the shipping company.
